1. ACCOMMODATIONS: We may have some
private areas that may be locked or considered owner's property.
Tampering with locked closets or personal property will result in a charge to
Guest's credit card. Every effort is made to assure accurate descriptions
with no misrepresentation intended. We will do everything to provide you with
a great vacation while visiting our facility.
2. CANCELLATIONS: Cancellation of a confirmed reservation must be received by
that Guest, not a representative of that Guest. Reservations must be cancelled 7
days prior to arrival. Late cancellations and no shows will not receive a
refund. The cancellation fee is 10% of the total rental. (Minimum $25.00.)
Processing fees are non-refundable.
3. CHECK-IN: Check in is at 4:00 p.m. It
is very important to keep this in mind when arriving. If your
arrival time in the area is before this time - it is suggested to
visit nearby locations or plan to do something and arrive at the
specified 4:00 p.m. time.
4. CLEANING: An inspection will be
done after each guest has checked out. Be sure all items are in the
place they were found when they arrived. If during the inspection
anything is found to be missing - guest will be charged extra accordingly.
5. FORMS OF PAYMENT: Reservations are made with a credit card or if
guest is at premises - cash will be considered by the management. (Any Other
Forms of Payment Must be Okayed by Management.)
6. MAINTENANCE/REFUNDS:
All equipment should be in working order. Please report any inoperative
equipment to management promptly! We will make every reasonable effort to have the
problem corrected. Under no circumstances will there be a reduction of rent or refund
for loss of utilities, mechanical failure of air conditioning, heating
unit, dishwasher, washer, dryer, TV, VCR, blender, toaster, or other appliances. Hot
tub is subject to temporary closing due to extenuating circumstances. No refund or
rent reductions will be given if this occurs. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS FOR INCLEMENT
WEATHER INCLUDING SNOW, ETC.
7. OCCUPANCY: Must be only registered guests
- (if visitors are visiting guests - this must be reported to the
management). Reservations must be made by adults of at least 21 years
and guests must have at least one occupant of at least 21 years of
age in the facility.
8. Open: We are open year round to guests.
Management will be on property and available most of the time.
9.
PERSONAL PROPERTY: Gnaw Bone Lake Lodge will not be responsible for personal items.
10. PETS: Absolutely no pets are permitted.
11. No Smoking is allowed.
12. RESERVATIONS: Must be for a two-night stay. Plan
ahead to be sure you get the dates you want. We require pre-payment with
credit card.
13. LANDLORD SHALL PROVIDE: The property shall be in safe, clean condition
and shall meet the building and housing codes. Owner repairs shall be made upon
proper notification.
14. LATE CHECK-OUT Unauthorized late
check-outs shall cause the tenant to be charged up to twice the
daily rental rate for any portion of day the tenant remains on/in the premises. This rent plus any and all legal
fees or other expenses resulting from this late check out shall be paid by
the tenant.

and other necessary items that will make your stay enjoyable and
relaxing. Nearby is Nashville, Indiana known for its many
little craft shops and art galleries. Handcrafted items and
original paintings are available throughout some of the downtown
shops in Nashville. Just a few miles east of our location is Columbus known world-wide for its architecture. Centrally located
in Indiana, we are also within driving range for trips into
Bloomington, Indiana (home of Indiana University) and Indianapolis
- (home of the Indy 500). Great place to plan your vacation stay.
